Please keep in mind, while many people give me credit for these awards, and I greatly
appreciate that, I by no means earned them alone. Dedicated youth and a caring
community deserve most of the credit and honors. And we give God the glory for all
of our success and recognition. ~

2004 Grand Marshal - 4th of July Parade
Officer Neil, Officer Brown, and Stephanie Crace
This may not be as impressive of an award to some people as the other state and national honors,
but when you are recognized by your own community it is perhaps the greatest honor of all. To sit
atop that car, and waive at the kids and parents I swore an oath to God to serve and protect, I was
reminded of how fortunate I was to have the opportunity to be a police officer.
